Making Hay - Farm Sanctuary’s newest blog - was inspired by you, and all of the amazing things you are doing for farm animals. It is a project of Farm Sanctuary’s Advocacy Campaign Team, and is your go-to place for tips and tools on how to up the ante of your advocacy, no matter how much time you have to offer!
Farm Sanctuary’s National Advocacy Organizer, Jasmin Singer - based in the Big Apple - will engage you in every type of activism you can dream up and encourage you with thoughtful tips on being the best animal advocate you can be. Advocacy and Outreach Manager Danielle Bays will bring you stories and expertise directly from Washington, D.C. Danielle will keep you informed of our current campaigns - including ample ways you can get involved. Both Jasmin and Danielle will also keep you updated on the projects and outreach efforts that your fellow animal advocates are working on, as we all ACT to raise awareness, and spread compassion like it was everybody’s business.

Danielle Bays is the Advocacy and Outreach Manager for Farm Sanctuary, which means she gets to advocate for farm animals 24/7. Danielle grew up wanting to be a veterinarian and earned a degree in Animal Science from Cornell University. Read more.
