On Thursday, December 4, 2008, Farm Sanctuary will host a Winter Wonderland for the Animals fundraiser to support our work. I would love to celebrate this event with you, so I’m writing to ask you to be a special supporter of our holiday benefit this year.

The event will be a warm holiday celebration of compassion and our shared commitment to farm animals. It is also a night to raise critical year-end funds. This fall, Farm Sanctuary must raise the 2009 funding needed to care for the large number of farm animals our Emergency Rescue Team has saved from abuse this year, and to continue our legislative and legal campaigns, education programs and rescues next year.

The ticket price for the event is $100 per person, with sponsorship levels from $350 and
up - a wonderful way to make a holiday gift to farm animals.

Our holiday party will be held from 6 -10 p.m. at The Art Directors Club in New York City, and will be hosted by Jennifer Coolidge, Peter Max, Ally Sheedy, Justin Theroux, Princess Superstar, Rory Freedman, Daniela Sea, Patrick McDonnell, Corey Feldman, Nick Zinner, and many other celebrity supporters. A festive cocktail party with hors d’oeuvres from a variety of the city’s finest vegan restaurants, Winter Wonderland will feature uplifting and entertaining presentations along with holiday shopping at our silent auction.
