It's Time for the 2010 Walk for Farm Animals

Join Us!Dear friend of farm animals,

Each year, thousands of compassionate people across the country take part in Farm Sanctuary’s Walk for Farm Animals, an event that raises vital funds for our lifesaving work while educating the public about the devastating impacts of factory farming.

I’d like to invite you to join us as we spread a powerful message of compassion for farm animals!

The way farm animals are treated is an issue of increasing concern. Citizens are learning about factory farming and speaking out against it, including celebrity trainer and TV personality Bob Harper, who I am happy to announce has joined Farm Sanctuary as our 2010 Walk for Farm Animals spokesperson. Bob is just as passionate about animal protection as he is about health and fitness, and we couldn’t be happier that he’s working with us to speak out for farm animals.

So, are you ready to join me, Bob Harper and other concerned citizens and take part in a powerful event that celebrates and promotes compassion?

You can participate in the Walks in several ways:

  1. See if there’s a Walk in your community and sign up! By walking you’ll be making a huge difference for the millions of farm animals who are confined on factory farms – unable to even turn around, lie down comfortably, or fully extend their limbs.
    .
  2. If there isn’t a Walk in your community, why not organize one? There’s no better way to get involved and create positive change.
    .
  3. Support the Walk, and Farm Sanctuary’s lifesaving work for farm animals, by making a donation today.

Boston Baked BonzHowever you choose to participate, you’ll be making a difference for farm animals who desperately need your help. Together we can create a more compassionate world.

Yours in compassion,

null
